Review Of The Pearl Burdwan

Very bad experience with respect to bathroom fixtures, breakfast served, and staff behaviour. Will not recommend anyone to book their stay

Reception on the 2nd floor, confusing to reach, 1st floor banquet, very small lift and sometimes stuck on if the lift door is not closed and even there is no speaker system when open.

Breakfast not good asper rate. Room is ok but not specious.

The property is located approx 1. 5km from station over the gt road. So no issue regarding commhnicablity. . Staffs are co-operative. Rooms are ok. Wash room is big and comfortable with geyser facility. The thing i wanted was a electric kettle, but they have no such arrangements. The hotel has a restaurant with it which is a added benefit. Apart from this, i am thoroughly happy with thevl hotel.

Not professionally managed hotel. Food quality is not good.

Receptionist could be more courteous and helpful. No toilet paper provided inspite of asking for it. The room was not ready and had to make request after request. Not value for money. Expensive for The facilities and for The Town.

Food was not available and water bottle was also not provided by the hotel. Full of insects in all rooms and lobby area.
Lots of insects in hotel and room also. It was very uncomfortable stay.

Food quality is not up to the mark according to price and serve as well as behaviour of room service staff was so poor.

Very well experienced, good location.
Excellent experience, second best in Burdwan city.
