The behaviour of the receptionist and others was just terrible, unprofessional. Hygiene of food is poor. Location is not safe.

Poor experience at natraj hotel bardhaman.

It was not good. They didn't even change the bed sheet and pillow cover. After saying they did so. Complimentary breakfast is 2300 rs for a room with poor service and health hygiene is too much. I would not recommend anyone to stay.

The room was ok. But should focus on room cleanliness. Food quality is not good at all. The utensils were not clean. The washroom tabs and shower were not working properly. The water flow was really very slow.

Extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. I checked and found that you checked in at 4:00 AM in the morning and your actual check in time was 12:00 PM.
