It's quite far from the city, and not very customer friendly, they can be little more helpful,

The property did not meet the expectations set, and my stay was far from satisfactory due to the following issues: The room provided was significantly smaller than advertised. The bathroom flash was not working. There was no hot water throughout my stay. The bathroom windows were broken, compromising both safety and privacy. Most concerningly, the property owner was extremely rude and uncooperative when I tried to raise these concerns. This experience not only caused inconvenience but also made my stay uncomfortable and stressful.

Peaceful stay, humble staff, neat & clean meals. Prompt, room services would surely be an additional advantage. Best of luck

Average stay, staffs were polite but they provided room at the ground floor, and that too the room has no boundary, so safety is a grave concern here for those rooms. This should be kept in mind that while providing the room to family, safety and basic amenities need to be checked. Also the washrooms had no lock, which was really difficult scenario

Very comfortable. Staff are very accommodative. The place is very quiet. Not very far from Infosys campus. Internet connectivity is not good

It's not good service, no towel no soap.

Nobody will pick up your luggage and escort to your room. Nothing available till 4 PM including tea and coffee. Rooms are very open. Lot of peeping area. There is no room service. You have to go to the kitchen to order. Hotel in a remote location with nothing nearby. Totally not suitable for a family stay.

Pros spacious family room. Quite place. Okay for family cons property not maintained. Not very clean. Rooms are very old fashioned and feels like inside a old hospital.
Not maintained property. Too old. Rooms are not clean. Informed to clean for the next day but did not cleaned it.

Location is good and traceable. Hotel manager is courteous. Tv is not working. 24 hour hot water available. We cannot say that room is perfectly maintained. We can give OK star only.

This is my worst experience. The location was too far from town and I did not get a singel tea shop, cab facility was not there. The TV was old model. Hotel staff don't know the hospitality. AC was only for look not working. Lunch and dinner 5 hour before time otherwise you will not get. They didn't provide any room service. No calling bell or telephone was placed in room. If you have any pro b go to reception and sometime no body in reception.

Good location, good services and nice maintenance.

My cousin brother stayed there and gave a very good feedback of the place including the hospitality, cleanliness, and breakfast. The room charges were quite reasonable. Overall a very good place to stay if you happen to be in Mysore.
The bed was making a lot of noise. This is as per feedback from my cousin brother who stayed there.

This hotel is not recommended if you want to spend some quality time. During check-in, the receptionist's response was not welcoming. The lady seemed lazy to even check her registers, instead was asking me the date of booking. After that, we had to explain to her how much balance amount was to be paid since the booking was paid by payback points in the application. The lady needs to learn some basic manners to behave with guests. She needs to be taught that the hotel booking applications do have payback points and they get redeemed during booking hence we get to pay less in the hotel. The room was not great either. It was just an average room with basic facilities including a television. Do not be fooled by the posh-sounding name. Moreover, it is situated in industrial area of Mysore. You get hot water in the morning, but it is not hot enough. Highly not recommended.

Stay was pheasant . Room was clean and tidy . Ambience was good . Food and service was good . Near to places which I frequent . . Enjoyed the stay over there . Almost stay was good . Hotel theme was different. Good

Experience was good, room and services was good, but it is located at outskirts. It will be easy if we have own vehicle.
