My first hotel 🛏️🛍️ experience in benguluru at that hotel awosme.all things are better way in this hotel 🛏️

There were no towels and soap. After we asked they gave us soap. When we turn on the bathroom light we can hear weird noise like sound of vacuum cleaner. Then only we found its noise from exhaust fan. Staff are helpful. I donor know whose mistake it was, is it from make my trip or from hotel side we have booked 2 rooms with full payment, but for them it showed as only one room and status was pending.

Well i had a rather unpleasant start in my stay. The room that my parents had booked was registered in brother-in-law's name who wasn't with us. The hotel owner got quite rude to us when he said they had not registered any booking under our name and should call MMT to enquire. After a misunderstanding of about 10 minutes, he asked for our booking id and found out that it is in fact registered. It might be our fault to not have the booking under our name but there was no cooperation from his side to solve the issue. Second of all, the hotel has no kitchen and there are no restaurants nearby.

The hotel staff response was really poor. Because he did not even provide me breakfast as it was inc LLP used in amenities and I had to pay up. Secondly wifi connection was poor and he themselves did not know passwords of the connection. Room service was poor. Totally felt waste for value of money. Only cash accepted and no card system used. For ac extra you have to pay. No cleanliness and daily room clean service provided.

Please don't book this hotel. Cleanness was not there. Food was not up to the mark.

I had booked The hotel room for 2 days as I had to check in at one day evening and check out the next day evening. The hotel's policy was 24 hours check in to check out time. Had I booked directly I could have done with a single day money. They also give relaxation time of few hours without any extra charges. Staff were courteous, location was good, cleanliness was average and the room overall is average. I had booked The room seeing The AC in The photos. Though The room had an AC, it can be used only after paying extra and that was weird.

I was a Solo female traveller. I checked in late night. Had a tough time in waking up The staff n do The check in. Rooms and bathrooms are decent n clean. No water bottles or soaps in The room. There was cable, ac. The price was reasonable for The stay. Some staff need to be trained n professional.

Good service and place central

We stayed here only one night. We chose this location because it is on The way towards The Airport. New Bell Road is very busy, so The room was noisy because of this. Our room looked towards The street. The room itself was good, and bright. The bathroom was clean with hot water. However, there were lot of cockroaches in The bathroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived early morning at 8 Am very tired. The staff were kind enough to let us take our room at no extra cost even though check in was at noon. There are lots of nice restaurants, cab s and shops nearby, lots are Western style.

Location is the best thing about the new bell Inn.. Good stay with a reasonable price.. Good dining and shopping places around.. Hotel serve tea /coffee.. Clean and comfortable.. Near to Nandini restaurant and KFC.
