A nice cosy hotel. The staff is very well behaved. The room is very nice with all the amenities as required.

food was good, welcoming nature of staffs, location is also easy to find, tea and coffee was really 👌

property is location wise good 👍 food also yummy and quality wise good 😊👍 services also fast and perfect..... in amenities Amenities included wifi and a smart TV in the room. The smart TV was good but the only problem was that the TV did not recharge inside. Everything else was good, the property, services, tasty food, cleanliness, bath items quality was also good. To operate the TV, we had to link our mobile phone to it. The only problem was that the TV didn't have a rechargeable. other wise Everything else was fine.

My stay at The Mantra was wonderful in every way, from comfort and food to hospitality. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed and all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a refreshing shower. But what really made my stay stand out was the service. The staff were attentive and responsive, always happy to help with whatever I needed. Whether it was a recommendation for a good restaurant or a quick fix for a minor issue, they were always on hand. The hotel's location was also perfect - close to all the major attractions and with plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. Overall, I'd highly recommend Hotel The Mantra to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Nice property. Need more focus on pest control and food quality and variety. It should be more budget friendly.

Room was clean but AC is not working well. Hotel Location not easily found while operating OLA. Food was Average.

HORRIBLE experience. Stayed in Room 103 from 10 pm till 7 am check out. 1) No water from the flush. 2) Dirty water from the shower. 3) Mosquitoes in the bedroom all night. 4) Room was not replaced despite the staff knowing the problems & availability of other rooms. 5) Bill was not provided for food & inflated amount was stated & payment taken. 6) Courteous & polite staff.

Stay at mantra was okay. The hotel is good looking overall with ample open spaces. However rooms are small. Ac was not much cooling. Fan was there which gave relief. I wanted early breakfast at 7:30 am but it was not ready till 8 am. All didn't tasted all items as i had to leave early. Food was average. The bathroom didn't had soap for which i had to call to reception. Overall the stay is average if you are looking for a 1 night stay alone not with family

Excellent hospitality & service provided by the hotel are superb. The cleanliness, room services, and assistance by staff are superb. It is the best hotel in this category in patna.

First of all the price is high and the service was not good. Food was also not good and they charged 714 for half dal, chawala and allu bhujiya. There were no slippers in the room. The behaviour of the management was good. They talk roudly.
