Basic amenities of 3 star hotel are missing Like room fridge, toiletries Food price is higher according to quality of food More cleaniness required in lobby area (1st floor) Reception area of hotel Need more improvement

Location was good. Food quality are good. But no buffed in Brackfast, good parking space in front of hotel,

Great Stay. well maintained property. centrally located. Easy to locate. Rooms are well neat and clean and good Size. satisfied with services. Foods are bit overpriced. Rest all fine. definitely recommended.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city close to the railway station and all commercial places. The food is average. The rooms are decently sized and well maintained

Hotel is at good location. Rooms are big and with all amenities. However, these rooms are not maintained properly. Our room ac wasn't working and we got shifted to other room. That room had mosquitos everywhere and ac too had bad odour. Mosquitos didn't let us sleep properly, we changed the hotel next morning. And, don't include breakfast in your stay, equally pathetic.

Pathetic people and pathetic food. 3rd class food and receptionist was the worst I have ever came across. Would suggest people to even stay in a Dharamshala rather than living in this hotel. Reception people were mocking me and laughing inside once they saw that they have made some common traveler a fool.

All was good. We are happy to stay there. Good services of house keeping, resturant and other fecilities

Absolutely non maintained property with deaf staff.Lizard and wooden insects all around.Upon asking for a cold drink,they said, they can only send it in glass since they have only 2 ltr bottle n that they can not send it in the room even for pouring in glass in front of you.

Hotel in view is excellent service is good

Worst hotel i have ever stayed, ac was not working room temperature reached 33 degrees, water bottle & refrigerator is not available in room and in last when i went for breakfast on the name of buffet they have egg and paratha thats it. Not at all worth to spend rs 4000.
