terrible facility
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was very poorly maintained, nothing was in proper function. The hotel facilities and the staff were very rude, even after multiple complaints and requests the room was not changed and no consideration was given. This was my worst experience with Make my trip bookings. I would not prefer the booking from this application further

familyLocation is good near to train n bus station. Basic toiletries provided. Rooms toilets bedsheets are clean. Staff is good. Internet was not that good although prices little higher compared to nearby hotels providing better facilities. Still not a bad option.
