Hotel NG Paradise

Except for the on-road location, everything was terrible. On arrival, the hotel said my confirmed MakeMyTrip room was given to someone else. They pushed me into an old, closed room—dirty, smelly, and completely mismanaged. Charged a higher price for this experience. Not recommended. Please think twice before booking this hotel via MMT.

Name of the hotel changed by another name. This is my stay

I have booked suit room for the stay but when i reached to hotel they provided me basic room and also denied to refund the difference amount of basic and suit room. Apart from this after multiple reminders water and towels provided. They provided room on 4th floor no lift and no person to help me with laguage.

Lousy in all things. Food is so bad, cleaning zero quality. Bathroom is very dirty. Address / hotel name also mismatch.

First location was not correct. Hotel was not bad also not good. And there was no floormate in the room and also only a single towel.

It was amazing, service and staff is good. Only one suggestion is they shop have warm water in washbasin tabs as well

From last 5-6yrs i have stay at this hotel. Good food & staff service also good. Room is clean. No disturbance from any other side. Thank you ng paradise hotel.

Our stay in hotel room was pleasant and satisfactory, only in house keeping arrangements was done a little bit late.

no slippers were provided during our stay. no hangers were available in the washroom. no dustbin was available in the room.. we didn't clicked any photos there

Stay was fine. Not best place to stay for families. Didn’t had any heating arrangement.

Very very bad experience, below are points 1. Badsheets used was not clean. 2. There was a huge window in room facing road but no curtains, not giving even for asking. 3. Electric current in water while using water water heater. 4. No matte near washroom 5. No dustbin in washroom 6. Table and chairs were very dirty in room. 7. Room was with breakfast but they changed us for one item by saying that only one dish is allowed per person and one cup tea only. 8. Washroom smell is in entire room and lobby area, we have to asked for spray several times. 9. Bed is very small with no blanket.
