Stay was good, food excellent, but at reception, when chkd in, one card was given for welcome drink for which I was asked to go to some corner and claim it. Shocking, welcome drink offered at lounge or in room. This is the first time, where I hv to collect it. The claim card has been returned while checking out.

Room was Good. but I had a lot of disturbance as there was renovation activity going on. lot of power interruptions during only one night stay. breakfast was selective but took long time to serve. need to be improved. considering a remote place Yamunanagar, Hotel is good place to live in short stays. Clean rooms and cooperative staff. It's a wonderful experience and value for money I think its one of the best hotels in jag adlai. I visited here for my exam and feel relaxed and comfortable. They also have restaurant here with room service so no problem of good food

Great location and value in Yamuna Nagar. We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the harbor, train station, downtown shopping, and practically next door to the wonderful botanical gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice dinner that was reasonably priced in the restaurant and a very good buffet breakfast was included daily in the price of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I ever visit Helsinki again and I would love to, I would stay at the hotel Sapphire.
