Review Of Hotel Sapphire

Stay was good, food excellent, but at reception, when chkd in, one card was given for welcome drink for which I was asked to go to some corner and claim it. Shocking, welcome drink offered at lounge or in room. This is the first time, where I hv to collect it. The claim card has been returned while checking out.

Room was Good. but I had a lot of disturbance as there was renovation activity going on. lot of power interruptions during only one night stay. breakfast was selective but took long time to serve. need to be improved. considering a remote place Yamunanagar, Hotel is good place to live in short stays. Overall rating 3/5

Good and clean property and service very good and fast. And hotel staff behaviour very well. Hotel room size very good and proper.

Stay at sapphire was pleasant however staff was slow and I had to remind to clean the room couple of times

The room size was very small we booked large size room but was given smaller room. Cleanliness was not upto mark.

Good internet connectivity. Nice food. Cordial and helpful staff.

Privacy violation as staying as only married couple were allowed. So v in group had to book additional room on the fly and had to pay double. This was terrible experience

Bad hospitality very bad room beds were stop gap type not even proper. We asked for a double bad they refused. It was total waste of money

Great location and value in Yamuna Nagar. We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the harbor, train station, downtown shopping, and practically next door to the wonderful botanical gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice dinner that was reasonably priced in the restaurant and a very good buffet breakfast was included daily in the price of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I ever visit Helsinki again and I would love to, I would stay at the hotel Sapphire.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The booking was made through MMT. Hotel staff was decent and cordial. We wanted to check out a day earlier and they accepted our request after having word with MMT. The issue was resolved with in an hour.
