The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city close to the railway station and all commercial places. The food is average. The rooms are decently sized and well maintained

Hotel is at good location. Rooms are big and with all amenities. However, these rooms are not maintained properly. Our room ac wasn't working and we got shifted to other room. That room had mosquitos everywhere and ac too had bad odour. Mosquitos didn't let us sleep properly, we changed the hotel next morning. And, don't include breakfast in your stay, equally pathetic.

Pathetic people and pathetic food. 3rd class food and receptionist was the worst I have ever came across. Would suggest people to even stay in a Dharamshala rather than living in this hotel. Reception people were mocking me and laughing inside once they saw that they have made some common traveler a fool.

Absolutely non maintained property with deaf staff.Lizard and wooden insects all around.Upon asking for a cold drink,they said, they can only send it in glass since they have only 2 ltr bottle n that they can not send it in the room even for pouring in glass in front of you.
