Food quality good, located in main road 6 th floor with four lift. behaviour of staff good. Toiletry & towels in bathroom. Toilet very clean. Hot & Cold water in bathroom. Rooms very spacious & comfortable.

Rooms are ok , linen is dirty , bathrooms are average but people are good . Good for a night or 2 max , it’s on the 6th floor of a mall that’s dirty

The Hotel is located in a very isolated area and it is on top of a shopping complex, actually, so there is no private lift for the elevator. It's a common lift, which is there for all the other shops and guests. Other than that, I felt like the Hotel lacked basic cleanliness. I had to ask them to change my bedsheets and change other bedding because there were stains on it. They however were quite polite and they did change it, but I just felt it was quite unprofessional of them that they didn't have it in the first place. Other than that they don't have a breakfast buffet. They have a set menu which was same for both the days and the food quality was quite average. Overall I did not have a very good experience staying at this hotel and I would not recommend it.

The location, food, amenities and services were all excellent. Neat and clean rooms, the Cucuna restaurant had excellent vegetarian food available from different world cuisines. Staff was very courteous.

It was a very pleasant stay at Lemon grass. We arrived at the hotel at 1 AM and to our surprise. It was ready, clean and happy to see the ambience. A very good experience. The staff was very polite and very welcoming. The breakfast was a sort of average, but overall experience, very good.

Pathetic stay. Really bad breakfast taste and choice. Unhygienic pillow cover. Got eye infection just after staying in this hotel. The hotel really need to improve its standard for the kind of money they charged.

I recently stayed at Lemongrass Hotels in Gandhinagar while visiting my son, who studies here, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I had booked the hotel for two days, but the stay was ruined by their unprofessionalism and lack of basic amenities. There was no proper hot water supply on the first day, and I couldn’t even take a shower. When I informed the staff, they suggested draining bucket loads of water before the hot water would come, but even after doing that, it didn’t work. The same issue persisted on the second day, and when I raised this again, I was told that hot water is only available between 6:00 am to 10:00 am—something they never informed me of at the time of check-in. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager had the audacity to tell me, “Toh madam tame checkout kari lo” (then ma’am, you check out), instead of addressing the issue. I travel almost every alternate months, but this level of arrogance and disregard for basic hospitality standards is shocking. I immediately checked out, got my refund, and moved to another hotel. I’m sharing this review to highlight the lack of professionalism, extremely arrogant behaviour and lack of courtesy at Lemongrass Hotels. Strongly do not recommend!!

Clean rooms, great food and very energetic manager, courteous staff and service. Definitely recommend this place.
