Subject: Feedback on My Recent Stay – Highly Disappointing Experience

I recently stayed at Hotel lake Serenity property, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I would like to share my honest feedback so that improvements can be made for future guests.
Key Issues Faced:
1. Misleading Room Description – The room allotted to me was completely different from what was shown in the booking images. This was highly disappointing and not what I expected.
2. Long Waiting Time – Even after a confirmed booking, I had to wait for more than an hour before being assigned a room, which was inconvenient.
3. Security Concerns – The room doors could not be locked, making it unsafe to leave belongings while exploring the town. This is a serious concern for any guest.
4. Lack of Basic Amenities – The room lacked essential items like sanitary supplies, hand towels, and bath towels. When requested, the ones provided were not clean or hygienic.
5. Poor Hygiene & Maintenance – There were seepage marks on the walls, an unhygienic blanket, no proper water supply, and missing amenities such as a TV, closet, and hot kettle, despite booking a deluxe room.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope the hotel takes immediate action to improve its services and facilities. Attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and security is crucial for ensuring a pleasant stay for future guests.
