Food was amazing , they can make anything you ask for according to your taste, also the view is superb

Our stay at Lake Serenity Bhimtal was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by warm smiles and the soothing view of the placid lake just beyond the deck. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully furnished—with large windows framing stunning sunrise vistas over the water.

Place is very beautiful and stay is very good and staff he very helpful

Hotel denied booking, awaiting my refund and compensation even after escalations to customer care. Had to travel entire day looking after hotels with my family. Worst MMT experience.

The cups were broken ,stains on bed sheet , flush and taps are not working ,water flow was not nice , TV was broken but the food was nice and the staff was cooperative .

No proper road for cars. High slope. Long distance from Lake. Rooms are ok but no supporting staff at their for issues. Food are not good because of the untrained chief. The geyser not working. Only and Only the Good thing is the view. Full Lake view.

Misleading Room Description – The room allotted to me was completely different from what was shown in the booking images. This was highly disappointing and not what I expected. 2. Long Waiting Time – Even after a confirmed booking, I had to wait for more than an hour before being assigned a room, which was inconvenient. 3. Security Concerns – The room doors could not be locked, making it unsafe to leave belongings while exploring the town. This is a serious concern for any guest. 4. Lack of Basic Amenities – The room lacked essential items like sanitary supplies, hand towels, and bath towels. When requested, the ones provided were not clean or hygienic. 5. Poor Hygiene & Maintenance – There were seepage marks on the walls, an unhygienic blanket, no proper water supply, and missing amenities such as a TV, closet, and hot kettle, despite booking a deluxe room. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope the hotel takes immediate action to improve its services and facilities. Attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and security is crucial for ensuring a pleasant stay for future guests. There is no pucca road leading to the hotel and the construction is still going on. The food was good but the rooms were not up to the standard. The geyser in the toilet was not functioning was was asked to use the adjacent room toilets.
