Only 2 people are managing the entire operations of the hotel, from cooking to cleaning to checking in. There is no room service you have to call them on their mobile which they hardly pick. Even drinking water was not available. They were overcharging for everything. You have to wait at least 2 hrs for food. They only had 1 remote for all the televisions in the hotel. Kept knocking on our door from early morning to late night for tv remote. There was no water in the toilet. It was disgusting. Everything was bad and wrong. During check in 3 different people were calling us, there was no coordination among the team members so they just call the customers multiple times at odd hours.
