There was not any tv connect, intercom connect and wifi connection, bed sheet and tower were dirt, even the lock of the washroom was broken. Interior was also not good, there were big gasps in the windows so chilling bleez was coming all the time in the room. Also they refused to provide breakfast which was included in the package.

Nice location, clean rooms, good food!

Very poor service duen to which we left the hotel one day prior i. E. 14th may 2022 at 11 am. No refund we have recieved. The main doornofnhotel is locked at 10 pm and opened at 8 am. Mm t may pols look into

The room we were allotted had a dirty and un-flushed toilet. Other highlights included a moldy smell and dirty linen, which had pigeon feathers on them. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to clean the room before any action was taken. Lack of professionalism was eye opening, and made us homesick.
