My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor and did not meet my expectations. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the quality of service for future guests.

horrible and dirty room. no amenities

Horrible experience. The owners have taken a couple of studio apartments on rent and trying to run it as a company and they have failed miserably. Imagine the light would trip if u turn on the AC and the geyser together. After sometime the light of the room went off and after 30 minutes they found out that recharge of electricity had not been done. Then they took another 30 minutes to get it done after repeated requests. Was busy with work and had to extend-my stay and they said pay us directly which we did. Gave them the room keys to clean the room at 9 in the morning and when I came back at 4 pm the room was still not cleaned. The washroom has cobwebs, the main switch to on the electricity is faulty and goes off again and again. The balcony door doesn’t close properly. There are mosquitoes in the room.....the list is endless.

Very bad experience room is full of insects and floor is completely damaged. Washroom is so unhygienic and untidy.

Very bad staff, don’t know how to treat guest, super arrogant

It was a very bad experience with both the staff and the property. There was a major power issue every day — the light goes off frequently, and recharge happens daily. This is not a proper hotel, it’s more like an apartment with no basic facilities. For 5 hours there was no electricity in our room, and at night from 1 AM to 3 AM we had to wait on the road. The staff’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. OYO rooms are far better than this place. Totally disappointed with the stay — not recommended at all.

Pros - Ambience was great as lighting in the room was mind blowing with jhoomar and strip lights, Location is great and environment outside the balcony looks beautiful. TV was big easily visible from bed. Room was clean and everything was looking quite new. Cons - All amenities were not present like kitchenette and slippers were not given but mentioned earlier, matress was hard foamed (personal choice), Shower was partially broken, TV UI was not good with neither Netflix present nor can we install it. *Food not ordered

Very bad experience, not proper cleaning room, not comfortable, bed, no TV working, not working, washroom very bad, not cleaning and not flush not working

Worst services, dirty rooms, no heignine, rooms/hotels are fully occupied with crockoges

The room they provided had wooden floor but it was kind of swollen and was creaking . The balcony door was not proper. I had booked the room for 3 people but arrangement for extra Mattresses was not already there.

Location is great, and so is the place

The hotel staff was not so good they mentioned on their hotel breefing that the gym and pool services are in butt they prohibited all facilities like pool gym ...

Cleaning & neatness is horrible, cockroachs are everywhere, and at the time of check-in refrigerator was too dirty, extra bed they were given after one day, although it was included at the time of booking. Staff behavior was good.

The behaviour of the staff of this hotel , especially the staff in the breakfast area is very poor. Basic facilities like towels and plates are not provided in the room. You need to contact the reception for each of these things, but that also takes a lot of time to reach you.

My helmet stolen from parking

Worse ever, I have experienced. Wastage of money. Poor hygiene condition & terrible stay.
