Hotel godavari is best hotel in gokarna. highly recommended for family & couples. we stayed here recently & excellent stay at godavari hotel.

Rooms are good and clean, service is excellent. Located in main area. Good for vegetarian. Beach is nearby.

The room was nice and spacious with balcony. The restaurant was not up to the mark especially South Indian dishes. The tariff is so high for the room and facilities they provide. But it’s on the road so the connectivity is good for beaches

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that there are not too many good hotels in Gokarna. The house keeping staffs are good, the restaurant staffs are good. One important thing the management needs to seriously look into is "Hospitality". With this lack the hotel equates a well constructed "Lodge" having modern amenities. The hotel management needs to shift out of the mentality of "Making a Sale of hotel rooms" to the hospitality attitude of "Making a Customer". Everything was there but there always seemed something lacking (belongingness), particularly when they charge so heavy on the room stay price. Other wise the hotel has its own advantages and is definitely convenient place for family stay in Gokarna. With warm hospitality added the stay would definitely become very good instead of good. The hotel is definitely recommended for safe family stay who can expend

Dry cloth stand is missing. Rooms are small. Facilities are otherwise ok, restaurant food quality is good but missing authentic Udupi dishes. Room was small, bed bit uncomfortable for my Wife, room was cleaned daily. There should a cloth dry stand for Indian guests. Restaurant was missing authentic Udupi dishes, North Indian food was average.

Godavari is a very good stay in the region. Its very accessible and has good vegetarian restaurant. There is an auto and bus stand nearby too. The hotel is costly and felt personally not worth the high cost. Wifi is not good since it is common for entire hotel. Restaurant serves both outside guests and in house so gets crowded during dinner time with less servers

The stay was good. Room was clean and spacious. The food is good with good service as well. Hotel is located at about 10 minutes from the temple. Hotel has ample parking and a clean swimming pool with kids area. Overall a good stay and good location if you are travelling by car.

We had an excellent experience staying in hotel godavari gokarna. Staff were courteous. Rooms were spacious and clean. This hotel is near to temple and beaches. Both south Indian and north Indian food was good. I would rate this hotel 5 out of 5.

The property is really good and well maintained. It’s located close to Om beach. The restaurant is really nice with tasty food. Only one problem is that in the evening getting a table for residents is tough.
