the fern residency is class hotel.the staff is also very polite and helpful.rooms are clean. the breakfast is amazing.

Property is near to Bhiwandi town but at the same time away from the pollution of Bhiwandi, located on the Thane, Mumbai highway. You can not miss the location while going to or returning back from Bhiwandi. Quality of food was very good. Amenities and and food matched with star hotels.

The stay was Excellent but make my trip fooled me in room category in premium room it is showing bath tub but no bathtub is their in premium room bathtub is in suite room that category is not available in make my trip otherwise experience was fantastic just this issue that is why it's average.

Rooms were good specialy the ambiance, Dinner was fabulous especially the starters main course was good . talking about the breakfast all was good but one thing to tell the coffee was not so hot as in morning everyone loves to have hot tea or coffee.

I got my checkin after 2.15 . They gave rooms to others who came late . I was given 503 which was not even cleaned I had informed this to the hotel management andnthe lobbyanager

Rooms are good and spacious but bed is very small if you are travelling with your partner .Staff needs to be more courteous specially restaurant staff, i was with a small kid and asked for tea staff said go and take it yourself(off course in a polite way). They are certainly under staff when asked for room cleaning it took them 3 hours to send the guy. Pool is just for the name sake nobody is looking after the maintenance and no pool shacks even nobody is there to attend you and provide towels n all. Food quality is good . After few minutes of arguments they agreed to give baby food, which is given in all hotels if you are travelling with toddlers.

staff was upto standard , food was also good . but while booking it showed bathtub in my room but it was not there .

A quaint place, graceful, quite in the midst of the all the noise and traffic. Great hosts, lovely rooms and good food. Loved the place.

I was surprised after checking into Fern becos I didn't have high expectations of hotels in that location.But to my utter surprise the hotel was simply fabulous - the food was excellent, the service was prompt and the rooms were very nice and spacious. Will certainly recommend staying here.
