overall the stay was good, decent food and rooms were good. The room was well maintained but body wash was missing in the room... only a bottle of shampoo was provided... since the location is not covered under blinkit or zepto I had to ride to the nearest location to get the body wash... regardless of this small thing the stay was amazing... view from the room was beautiful... and the food at the restaurant was very good...

I was surprised after checking into Fern becos I didn't have high expectations of The Fern Residency, Bhiwandi-Pimplass in that location.But to my utter surprise the The Fern Residency, Bhiwandi-Pimplas was simply fabulous - the food was excellent, the service was prompt and the rooms were very nice and spacious. Will certainly recommend staying here.

The hairdryer was broken though it was working. The housekeeping services were quite fast and nice. The food wass so so so delicious. But the balcony wasn’t clean it was dirty we couldn’t even stand there. There were no room slippers. Rest was nice

It was a great experience staying in fern . The only thing was the staff was not that active we had asked for plate they took 20-25 mins to bring it till then we already had our dinner remaning thing was good about fern
