The initial assigned room had leaking roof. All the walls had signs of water leakage and smelled bad. Had to shift room twice

We are coming for staying monthly once at kn park hotel. We saw it on the 1st floor it was nice. But today we stayed on the 2nd floor. One of the worst rooms i have ever seen in my life.

. I had requested to change my room from 1st floor to 2nd floor as 1st floor was noisy due to ongoing construction work. The worst part is there was no soap and shampoo in new room. Also, one big soil worm was there inside toilet cupboard. Horrible experience.

The hotel is under renovation lot of inconvenience like entry to room not proper, no intercom, stair case dirty

Beds were unclean, towels yellow and sub par food with poor hospitality. There are much better hotels at this price range

The room was not maintained properly and the bathroom was below average. There was a torn towel provided and no soaps in the bathroom.

Allocated a uncleaned room and later told in their record it was cleaned and re allocated another one. Dinning hall have ac and mosquitoes issue. Ac was not working on may 18th.
