Review Of The Exot Vasavana

We booked 3 room for 2 days. The location is fine as it is on the main road and suits the rainy season......The food is too costly and not tasty at all with small portion size. They put so much of chillies and black pepper in everything......In regard to the amenities, the place has gotten old now. Most of the things don’t work. The door locks, the bathroom doors, the flush, the phones, the beds, the TV’s, almost everything was either not working properly or not working at all. The room walls are damp. The swimming pool was not clean and had insects floating......The service was okay but could get better and more prompt.

The hotel need to improve on cleanliness and hygiene , wardrobes were stinking. was given a room that had termites all over the wall which was later changed on request, The hotel staff do not followed the government norms regarding noise pollution and allowed music to be played on big speakers till late mid night causing disturbances to other guests. Poor hygiene in pool as monkeys were seen bathing in swimming pool. Regarding security and saftey no CCTv was spotted in the hotel which is quite risky

The experience was blissful. This resort offers the BEST HOSPITALITY in the Corbett area. The staff is extremely courteous and kind. The rooms are clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with peace of mind and great hospitality - this the place to be.

Rooms were good although the service was not upto the mark Also there was a lot of noise outside our room that caused a lot of disturbance when we reached and tried to sleep (the noise was by the speakers that was put by the hotel itself) Also there was a shortage of staff in the hotel that lead to a lot of delays in taking orders and cleaning of room

Location is not riverfront nor river view. Quality of service is just a average, Food just satisfactory, Hi tea though mentioned was not served even when demanded. Highly priced compared to the quality delivered. Property needs maintenance, locks broken, pool instructor/care taker missing.

1- the location was good and easily reachable. 2- the resort is good. Rooms are cleaned. The stay experience was great. 3- the food was great. The overall experience was good.

Good property under this price range, staff is also supportive. Room are good and very clean. Food is also good.

Severe hegiene issues with the resort. Room are full of bedbugs and seapage. Upon informing the manager he said that we are running resort without pest control. Almost everyone had bites and could not sleep.

Intercom not working. They gave private number but do not pick it. Had to go to the reception for every think. No buffet menu if the resort don't have enough people and only 3 option to order in breakfast.

-staff was not good -food quality is also bad -not supportive staff -room is also not that much clean -swimming pool is also not clear i saw a cigarette in swimming pool

Decent property, good food. Helpful staff.

Property is nice, service is slow, do check ac, tv etc before stay. I stay in delux cottage which is very good for family having kids. Do book it if you do not expect much.

Over all my experience is good, housekeeping staff head attitude is not good. Fooding is very good

Property location : you will see mountains and greenery from your hotel room as well as balcony. Food is awesome feel like home cooked, not salty neither spicy. Swimming pool was clean and you can enjoy music, snacks along with swimming. Pool party, birthday celebrations etc. You will feel nature.

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Thanks

The stay was good. Location of the resort is very nice, close to jim corbett and other food and restaurant places. The food and cleanliness of the resort can be improved.

After long work we have chosen to make my trip for our booking in vasavana resort and it was excellent stay with my family. The resort staff were so nice and showed their courtesy whenever there was a need. The food was tasty, good for family. I definitely recommend to other's and surely come back to stay again.

It was really bad and hotel is not clean. Their food was horrible and they don’t serve fresh. Rooms and bathrooms are stinky
