When I reached the property by around 10.30 PM, I was taken to adjacent property called AMAAYA INN. Post a long day, they took 45 mins to check in. Gave a pathetic room, with no phones to even communicate with staff for requirement. Whole night couldn't sleep as they had a small kitchen chimney fitted in the room, whose exhaust pipe had scores of pigeon and the whole night was making terrible noise. Please note that the pigeons were inside the internal exhaust pipe and had made nesting, not outside. Hence, the sounds were terrible. My bookings had breakfast reserved but they did not serve any. Even during check out next morning around 9.30 am, they couldn't figure out any booking in system and than I called up the guy of THE EMPIRE - SIGNATURE TOWER. Told him the entire event and the absolute disgrace. He apologised as he had nothing to say. should get this clearly investigated on why THE EMPIRE - SIGNATURE did not allow us stay in the booked slot and shifted us somewhere so filthy. When I asked the AMAAYA INN reception during checkout, he said that actually those rooms are for student PGs and hence it was in this state. Extremely disappointing.
