Spacious room, excellent food, cordial staff, and good room service

Nice staff clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent service, and convenient location.

The TV remote, kettle in the room not working. The staff is good and receptive. Anil Kumar is really responsive. The room cleaning needs to get better.

It’s not very well connected. For ride, the hotel doesn’t appear. So, slightly inconvenient for transportation.

When i reached at the property no one was there to attend or open the doors also. I kept on calling / knocking on the door, but there was no response. After 1 hr door was opened. Breakfast was not served in the morning even after several reminders. I had to leave without breakfast, although it was included in my package.

The stay was awsome. Also i booked a delux room and they converted it into studio room. The hospitality here is really great and food is also awesome.

The room that was booked was not the room. I was booked my room with breakfast but hotel staff was denied the breakfast because here is no chef for cooking I was booked my hotel at sector 29 Gurgaon the empire but the manager said that we don't have any room here and i have stay sector 45 Gurgaon got stay in some other property I had a lot of trouble

I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you ever visit Gurgaon

When I reached the property by around 10.30 PM, I was taken to adjacent property called AMAAYA INN. Post a long day, they took 45 mins to check in. Gave a pathetic room, with no phones to even communicate with staff for requirement. Whole night couldn't sleep as they had a small kitchen chimney fitted in the room, whose exhaust pipe had scores of pigeon and the whole night was making terrible noise. Please note that the pigeons were inside the internal exhaust pipe and had made nesting, not outside. Hence, the sounds were terrible. My bookings had breakfast reserved but they did not serve any. Even during check out next morning around 9.30 am, they couldn't figure out any booking in system and than I called up the guy of THE EMPIRE - SIGNATURE TOWER. Told him the entire event and the absolute disgrace. He apologised as he had nothing to say. should get this clearly investigated on why THE EMPIRE - SIGNATURE did not allow us stay in the booked slot and shifted us somewhere so filthy. When I asked the AMAAYA INN reception during checkout, he said that actually those rooms are for student PGs and hence it was in this state. Extremely disappointing.

Location is ok but hotel management is very bad they are not committed to their own service providing so plz don’t believe there wording cleaning also very poor. they change bedding in 2-3 days later after so many calls kitchen are not properly stocked with dishes and equipment so plz don’t go to this hotel anymore. they only fooling

The stay was very comfortable. Room were very spacious as well as clean. Staff was very well behaved. There will be no difficulty in reaching the destination and space is available for the car parking.
