Terrible experience
night in their standard room, and the experience was very disappointing. The room had a bad odor, the sheets were not clean, and both the bedcover and cushions were stained in a way that looked like bodily fluids. Although the bathroom appeared clean, it smelled unpleasant. The Wi-Fi reception was poor and kept fluctuating and i have to constantly go outside to connect. Honestly, I’ve stayed in hotels that were maintained much better. Definitely not worth the price. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was decent.

All the services of the hotels were absolutely perfect. From their food to their staff, but the receptionist demanded extra cash for giving the room before the given time as the room was available.

Service was very pathetic and they even charged extra for just 30 mins early check in and behaviour of Receptionist was also very bad

good food bad room
Food was good , but the room was not clean and the bed furniture had mould formation in it. The food also was not cooked properly and the staff was not friendly

I entry after 11 o clock so I eat directly dinner next check out day I eat morning breakfast after 11 o clock is my check out time so I request to give me luch he not give lunch luch rupees is waste

This hotel is very good. I found this to be the best hotel in Faridabad. The staff here is also very good. I would like to say special thanks to Mr. Vivek and shivam who helped me a lot.

The bed sheet was dirty; it had been used by a couple (clearly seen the couple things) just a few hours earlier and was not changed.

Good Stay
Clean and hygienic rooms. Fast service. Helpful staff 24/7. Delicious food. Only 2 problems I faced were: 1) AC was not cooling properly. 2) No working plug on the bedside for chargers. Rest everything was very good in the hotel. Everything was good. Delicious food. Fast service. Very helpful staff. Only problems were that the AC was not cooling at it’s best and there is no working charging plug on the bedside. Rest everything was very good at this price.
