No table was provided in the room to have your dinner . Checkin was not smooth as no one was present at the reception at the time of checkin had to call twice some one at the reception Our request to provide us with a room at the 1st floor was declined citing the reason that it doesnot have an inverter, and hence will create an issue if there is electricity outage . Dental kit was not readily available in the washroom had to call the house keeping staff in the morning to arrange for dental kit There were simply not enougj options in the buffet breakfast in the morning

The good thing about the hotel is the ambience, location is Good, Staff cooperative. Bad things are, Food is pathetic, not a single item in the menu is good, good so bad we need to step out for food. Hotel not maintained well, although the rooms were ok ok, but the premises need maintenance and cleaning. Electricity is an issue, they have generator but that can only supply for Fan, not even the lights in bathroom can operate. Food bills not provided, card payments not accepted.

The stay at the resort was very comfortable. The air conditioning of the room was perfect in this hot & humid weather. The only drawback of the stay was the food. Too spicy & salty. The chef needs to look into this. Rest everything was awesome 👍😎

A lovely resort surrounded by nature and hills, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was polite, and the food was tasty with a good variety. The outdoor space and cultural activities added to the charm. Great value for money and highly recommended

The stay at dhawala resort was good. The resort is very nice, neat and clean. The staff was also very good, the food was awesome. The resort was easy to approach. Overall it was a very good stay at the dhawala resort.

Services were poor. Pool was mentioned but not available, not recommended to visit. Location is fine. Location was fine, but service was poor, food was not upto the mark.

Room and curtains are filled with flies/ mosquitoes and cigarette smell. Cupboards had left over snacks inside them. Washroom is very unclean, smelly and no exhaust. Food at restaurant is also not that great. Not at all preferred for families. Infact, we could not stay there for more than 2hrs..we vacated though money was non refundable.

stay was ok , needs improvement in some of the things .Rest place , location is superb. food is average, and basic amenities are very less.

Bad experience late food seving no view and room was Dirty i recommended that don’t choose this resorts staff is also not helpful

The place the dhawala resort is nice place but they need to maintain the property as a tourist place. The food was ok. The staff is good. But the bathroom was horrible. They need to maintain it and upgrade it urgently.

Very good location and service was good and rooms nice and clean. Value for money and we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff especially kuldeep singh shekhawat and balram were extremely helpful. Great place to stay at

Unfortunately we chose that night stay there when they were hosting a wedding. We have to repeatedly call them at midnight to stop making notices just outside our balcony as they were setting the stage. In morning, they asked us to checkout at 8:30 as they have to prepare for the wedding. Food at their restaurant was terrible and super costly. 1 thumsup glass bottle was charged at 110 rs. They should have stopped taking bookings if they were so busy in preparing for weddings. Will not recommend anyone to stay there in wedding season.
