breakfast is so herrible. not worth for money French fries cost 650 plus gst services are good but very expensive to stay

One of the best properties in mandawa, a breakaway from city life. A peaceful place. I strongly recommend this place.

Good points- nice location, good staff negatives -washroom infra is poor. Food - pricey, rather go to hotel outside the hotel, its much better.

the location is good it is just off the main road, easy approachability. the room was not similar to the one depicted jn the pics or a deluxe category. beds were comfortable. hot water kettle was not in the room we had to ask for it. the view from the room was fairly good👍. we were told hot water will take sometime to come due to the solar heating, we did not get any hot water. the days we were here there was very little sun and hence solar heaters might be working optimally, although they do have alternative method, but bottomline we didn't get hot water. the food was not best in class, the prices are on a higher side for A LA carte. However the hotel staff from all departments were polite, respectfull, flexible, and always ready to have a good conversation. They kept sharing their suggestions on what to do and where to go, which helped. The landscaping is good with open spaces, swimming pool etc. Another suggestion I had for them was to organize Borne Fires in common areas to attract customers to get out of the room. this shall earn them more revenues for F&B and the guests will have a good experience to remember.

The stay at this place has been quite a pleasant n enriching experience. It came as a wholesome delight for my family with perfect ambience, modular facilities, tranquility, abundance of lush greens n nature at its best. The staff was very cooperative n polite. I would say this place comes as a perfect escape from mundane city hornblares.

The property is pretty with ample open spaces to enjoy the winter sun ! the food is average and can do with some improvement in the preparation. The hospitality was good and made for a memorable stay with family.

Nice setting out, serene ambience, cordial staff on the positive side. Food is good, but nothing extraordinary on the flip side, basic provisions like intercom, television in room, a rack next to the wash basin to keep your toiletries, razor etc, robe hook in the toilet are missing. Food is over-priced

The property is located away from the hustle pustle. The approach road to the property is good and ample parking is available at the property. I recommend that people visiting mandawa should choose this resort over the haweli resorts.

Travel n relaxing in all true essence it was a heritage property the rooms were as magnificent as every. While the food had t ye full regional touch enjoyed every bit!

Very nice propert. It is a destination in itself. Very clean, great hospitality, superb food and icing on the cake it was a pet friendly property. My pet enjoyed to the fullest. So many activities for kids which enough to keep them entertained and engaged throughout the day.

From house ride to swimming pool and many other exciting activities and delicious food, It was a day well spent.

Property is nice but according to govt norms they can just charge mrp price for water but they were charging 85 for a single bottle.

There are 3 types of stays, standard, cottage and suite. We took the cottage, even in the month of april the temperature inside the hut was cool. Spacious room and huge bathroom. The restaurant serves tasty food. Dinner was a buffet in an open area ( garden) with a puppet show. Property is overall good with a playing (common) area, pool, bar and a restaurant. Not much to see in mandawa district, just a small temple and city view from the roof top of hotel castle mandawa.

one of the best heritage resort i have stayed. The desert landscape and the maintained rich culture and heritage are the main highlights. The whole setup has been in true village style. I had breakfast included in my package, as i wanted to enjoy the lunch and dinner with ala cart e options to have a feel of the rajasthan dishes, excellent cooking with good hygiene. The taste was simply super for all the dishes. The staff is really good and supportive, very professional as it hosts several celebrities throughout the year.

Mandawa, is a quiet and relaxing place to be and this resort takes you back in time, old time charm and relaxed life

Room are decent & clean with rajasthan vibes. Food is very rich in taste.

The hotel is beautifully made with good service and food. the only thing that can be improved are the heaters which are the old models and not so effective in the December chill!!

First i have to thank mmt for getting me the reservation of three rooms for my family during an extremely busy tourist season. The desert resort, mandawa, rajasthan is a wonderful place to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. I do have a suggestion for the management, please install lattice doors and windows as there are plenty of mosquitoes and wasps. The linen was clean. The food both, veg and non veg, was delicious. Above all, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. My mother who is not very mobile, was provided a wheelchair. On the whole, the trip was top class and i commend both mmt and the desert resort, mandawa for making it that for us.
