Property is well maintained with very spacious rooms and the staff is very well mannered and soft spoken, food in the in-house restaurant is also very good though a little bit expensive.

Property is having good amenities and good food. 2 major issues. 1st is that after evening hours till early morning taxi facility is not available. 2nd is that the service water is extremely hard and salty.

Location is Good, food is very good, services were ok, They need to maintains the staff specially in lobby, some one with a pleasant smile need to address the guests check-in, we find it scary while entering the hotel because of people managing the reception desk

It was an average experience for us because this time New receptionist behavior was disappointing. I have stayed numerous time here and never had any complaints but it was different today.

The hotel was not hygienic. The bedsheets and washroom were not clean.

Terrible stay worst hotel ever seen bed i so dirty that me n my mother unable to sleep whole night food served so spicy no any taste i will never suggest anyone hotel manager behaviour is very rude at midnight he asked me for checkout

Grandview Resort, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was even upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, from the luxurious linens to the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and a welcome basket of fresh fruits.

Hotel was good but water is full salty no one can use soap with salty water so please put some water filtration plant

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and cooperative in nature. The only thing i didn't like about this property was the waiting time at the restaurant. The average wait time after the order placed was around 45 mins. This could be minimised by separating the restaurant for outsiders and guests. Anyways the food was tasty.
