extra blanket for my kids was filled with red ants

I ordered 2 extra blankets for my kids (age 5 months and 8 years)..the blankets which we received was filled with red ants..after complaining this to the reception he sent another blanket after 30 mins saying this is clean and fresh..but the 3rd blanket also turned out to be filled with red ants..and at the checkout when I again complain this to the reception he casually gave me visiting card and asked me to complain there and also after hearing such complain he had the odacity to ask money for extra bed..over all experience was good but the blankets issue was a major turn off !!

I had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. The location is right in the heart of the city with shopping centre and numerous eating joints just across the hotel. The ambience of the hotel, comfort and cleanliness in the room is at par with any five star hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good spread of South and North Indian dishes. it was Served hot and with a smile. I would specially like to say thanks to Ms. Madhu Ji for her assistance during our stay. Thanks to Her for the-hospitality.

It was a pleasant & comfortable stay at crown inn jhunjhunu it is situated in main road quality of food is just wow rates are very reasonable with really tasty meal in restaurant Mukesh waiter served us as his family member Mrs Manju devi front executive manager was also very good. The ambience of the hotel and behaviour of the staff is just outstanding I would give this hotel 5 star rating

The location is great, the amenities are good, and the staff is helpful also. The only thing is that the check in/check out lacks interaction. I had to ask for everything that they should tell me in the first place. We were never informed that the breakfast will only be served in the rooms. We were in the impression that the breakfast will be in a buffet style. No one or nowhere it was mentioned at any point. Front Desk team needs to be a little more emphatic and everything will be top notch
