extra blanket for my kids was filled with red ants

I ordered 2 extra blankets for my kids (age 5 months and 8 years)..the blankets which we received was filled with red ants..after complaining this to the reception he sent another blanket after 30 mins saying this is clean and fresh..but the 3rd blanket also turned out to be filled with red ants..and at the checkout when I again complain this to the reception he casually gave me visiting card and asked me to complain there and also after hearing such complain he had the odacity to ask money for extra bed..over all experience was good but the blankets issue was a major turn off !!

I had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. The location is right in the heart of the city with shopping centre and numerous eating joints just across the hotel. The ambience of the hotel, comfort and cleanliness in the room is at par with any five star hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good spread of South and North Indian dishes. it was Served hot and with a smile.
