A Horrible Experience – Stay Away!

I had one of the worst experiences at this property, and I feel obligated to warn fellow travelers before they make the mistake of booking here. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for this establishment. Staff – Rude, Unhelpful, and Disrespectful The biggest issue with this place is the staff. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional employees. Every request was met with eye rolls, sighs, and an attitude that screamed, “We don’t care.” When I asked for assistance with my luggage, the receptionist simply ignored me. Housekeeping was non-existent, and when we requested fresh towels, we were met with an annoyed response and had to wait over an hour. One of the most shocking encounters was at the front desk when I politely inquired about an issue with the room. The manager rudely dismissed me, stating, “It’s not my problem.” Such a lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable in any hotel.

Resort was very well maintained, very clean, excellent greenery, well maintained lawn, excellent rooms highly maintained with cleanliness and neat and clean bedsheets and very neat wash rooms. Staff was very cooperative and obedient and light and delicious food. Swimming pool with crystal clear water and well maintained. Overall ambience to sit out in the evening and relax was excellent.

This is an excellent property well maintained and peaceful. The staff is good and nice. It will be great of the tv set top box and wifi works in the rooms. Otherwise i recommend this property for all those who want to spend relaxing time away from the city. Also meant for all those who like to have party or family gatherings. An excellent haveli cum hotel which takes you back to the royal life under shekhwati rulers. Mr singh is a humble and nice host and takes care of his guest in all aspects. I recommend this place for all those who want to mix their holidays with a tinge of history.
