Property was bad They had pit which turned into swamp as swimming pool . Done booking for 2 days. Left in a day 1st time this happened

Very Nice property but very few guests due to it being off season. Food was personalised and was fresh and tasty. Great Ambience

2. First of all, there is no wifi in the hotel. The kitchen for the veg and non veg is common, which is not there in case of 4 star hotel. The tv in rooms are not working. The property is located far from city so there should be all facilities available so the traveller does not have to move here and there for the food and other things.

Enjoyed nice stay. Well maintained property. Sports facilities could have maintained better.

Hotel was quite big but the amenities were less. Swimming pool was in a bad shape.
The bed size is too small, not comfortable with infant.

What they show they do not provide. The pool is dirty and filthy and not working inspite of several requests.

Very bad experience. It's horrible in the night because we are the only guest in huge property no boundary wall only cover with fencing. Feels like we are alone in forest. No proper lighting in property. Average food.

All service is very bad

Very average stay there. However whosoever like vivaana, must pay a visit there. We found it better. Breakfast was average. Other facilities were good. You can say a one time visit. However, menu was quite expensive. For a relaxed weekend, you can consider this.

Intercom not working. Breakfast pathetic. It's not worth for what we spent. Basic cleaning is not there in the rooms. Fan regulator is working. Rooms are away from the reception and you can't reach them by intercom.

The Sara Villas Property is good & location too is easy to locate, Rooms are big in size & clean but room service is very slow. You have to wait for 45 min to 1 hr after placing any kind of request. Management is well behaved & listen to your requirements but they need to improve on fast delivery. Overall it was a nice stay, Salasar is 64 km from our resort.

Overall the hotel was good the only problem is service becomes poor if the hotel is fully occupied. It has big lawns with lots and lots of activities for the children like football badminton snooker table tennis and a whole list of other things this property is much better than the Havelli converted to hotels

I had gone with my family for a short relaxing trip to Mandawa for 1 day only. The resort was much better than I had expected. The pool was good and rooms were clean. Landscaping was good. However when we went their spa was not functioning and our bathroom had some leakage problem which kept it wet. Overall it was nice experience .. Would recommend it definitely.

The staff is co-operative and well behaved. The best part is the food quality which was good. For recreation, there is pool table, table tennis, carrom board etc. There is not much to look in Mandawa but the resort is a good place to relax Overall very good stay far away from the busy life best for those who want to relax

Sara Villas was more than what we were expecting. The resort was one of the best I have visited so far in terms of value for money. The staff was courteous and food superb. The stay at Sara Villas was comfortable.

Considering the price we found it as worth the value. It is not very far from the town and yet away from the town so you have nice calm environment. The staff is very courteous and cooperative. The rooms are large and nicely done. The bathroom is also big but I think wasted the space by not putting a bathtub. The swimming pool is nice and big, had good time swimming. I believe they need to be bit careful about the pool as I could see some mosquitos in it. The food is really nice though they serve typical north Indian dishes in regular. If you want to enjoy the local delicacies like Dal baati choorma" then you will have to ask in advance. You would not regret that extra effort. Their preparation for chicken was nice but nothing exceptional however mutton Rogann Josh was outstanding, so tender that it would melt in your mouth. So overall we enjoyed our two night stay at this place.
