Poor housekeeping less staff also untrained food terrible waste of money

Hotel was clean but the staff had no training, no communication. Poor wi-fi, also the hot water system was broken & this was not communicated at all. We showered with cold water, what if we got sick, it would’ve ruined my 10 day rd trip.

Hotel location is good but food and behavior of staff was not friendly. Except for one staff Mr. Jitendra no other staff was friendly and had ever cooperative with guest. Also the room AC were not effective during the day. Hotel needs to improve overall in dealing with guest and their requirement.

If the price was a little less this would have been a great place, but for the given price it is not value for money. Also only the suites are nice, the other category of room is pathetic.
There was absolutely no internet and poor phone network as well.

It was a very good experience. The staff was very good and cooperative and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Udai Vilas. This was the first time that we booked througth MakeMyTrip and were littel apprehensive about how the room will be and how hotel will treat us as we booked at cheaper rates, but it was very good! We saved money and the services were at par with other hotels.

Good Place, friendly atmosphere. Internet connectivity is a problem.

The property is great in construction and decor. But it lacks trained staff. If you like a good building then this is the place to go.

Hotel did not provided gst invoice, property was good but food options are expensive pool had pieces of broken bottle glasses which is risky and should had been checked by hotel staff, gst invoice was not provided at time of checkout, good for groups only not suited for single family as no activity near by, staff was helpful though and rooms were neat and clean, if choosing to visit this area go for vivaana which is a better property and option. We ordered for a cake te cake was also not good

Good hotel with facilities and cooperative staff special mention of Mr Devender. Quiet and serene environment great ambience Loved our stay though limited choice of dishes in breakfast was a let down. Anyways good option for family outing.

Room was good but nothing to do there . Alone place no adventure no activities

The hotel no doubt is located ideally, a few kilometers before the main Mandawa town. The flip side to this is, that there are no shops, facilities nearby, like medical store, grocery etc. Anyways, that set aside, the property itself is quite huge, but poorly maintained. The staff is lacking in quality training. The service is very poor. When we arrived on the 30th December, 2017, the manager in charge was absent, or was travelling to another destination which meant that the people handling the main reception were inept at doing their job. There was someone from their Spa team who was to look after the reception and the customer complaint but who was perpetually drunk and smelled of alcohol all the time, although he didn't misbehave or anything, but was reeking of liquor. The only good part about the hotel is the food. Their chef was good and churned out some good Indian and Rajasthani cuisine. Can't vouch for the continental, or Chinese cuisine as I didn't try those. The place is good as it is serene, but the management really needs to pull up the staff as they seem lazy and disinterested in serving customers which is quite an anomaly of the place. Due to poor service quality, I would rate this hotel low and think it is not value for money.

Uday villas is better then havelis . Very pathetic for warm water you have open tap free flow for 10 min. We enjoyed food Manger & Madan ji is good host take care of children's nicely . Manager Devendra is very co operative over all we enjoyed our stay.

Service cleanliness excellent. Little overpriced though for the services offered. The staff were really polite provided an excellement service. Asking for food outside their schedule is where it gets a bit complicated. Still overall a good place for individual or group outing.
