The hotel room we were given had a big mouse in the washroom and when we asked the room attendant to remove it he didn’t listen to us and the mouse started jumping around the room and even ran over us

Pool is not working, room size is so small, not any sports equipment like snooker, poshball, and frequent power cut , and you can take both tea and coffee together in breakfast, you have to choose one

Very nice place to stay. Location is very good and easy to find, the food is good but very expensive, the facilities are good, and the service is very good but there is no wi-fi facility in any room of the hotel. This is very ridiculous. No official work can be done there because the internet speed is also very low, and wi-fi does not work despite repeated requests.

Location is good, food is good and staff is polite but not comparative. I need to cigaret but they refused to bring me from outside. The room entry was not good. We had to cross from the restaurant

The food is good by metro city standards and great by ratangarh standard. The stay was comfortable and the property is like a decent delhi/jaipur resort, but for ratangarh properties it's the best
