1) hotel was not as per photos 2) hotel didn’t gave the room delux as i booked 3) hotel room was too small 4) water was not coming in the morning when we woke up for 2 hours water issue was there 5) only one charging point in the whole room 6) no any window in whole room

Though locationwise it's very near to Mathura Junction railway station, facilities are not good. Toilets are not properly maintained , food facilities not available.

Check-in was delayed as the room was occupied already, so i had to wait for 30 minutes, the hotel does not have their own parking space, food below average

Mm t found this property for me near entry gate 2 of mathura junction. Amenities were far from a comfortable stay. No restaurant facilities. Caretaker had to arrange it from outside. Everything needs renovation for a comfortable stay. Management should take care of his property when he has decided to rent it as a guest house. Some basic needs of the tourists should be addressed and refurbished.

1 min distance from Mathura station. Ok with room & staff behavior. Restaurants are not nearby but the staffs arranged.
