Room was clean.. staff is good and cooperative.

Didnt got any toiletries even though its mentioned. No food available. No housekeeping after 5. Had to change bed sheet on my own. Kettle was rusted and bath fittings were not at all proper...literally falling apart.

Bad quality food and highest rate

If anyone wants to stay near Shri Krishna Janmbhoomi Mathura, then this Hotel is a good and hygienic place to stay. It is a newly built hotel, room cleanliness was maintained during our stay. cons- 1) Don't hire Ertiga provided from the Hotel, as its driver Dev Singh is arrogant and rude. Hire any vehicle from outside the contacts of this Hotel. 2) No Restaurant is available. Though they are in the process to build it.

one of the worst experience. please dont go with the images they have posted. we have done two rooms for 5 people.when we reached there they provided one big hall with no amenities.second room was ok. no electricity for 4 hrs. when complained about it they chamged the room taking extra 800rupees. when i tried to complaint MMT there customer care service provider was so horribly unprofessional person he was not listening my complaint and trying to put us only responsible and in between disconnected the call. second time i called customer care he listened bit asked to call next day to talk with senior person. next day i called them there senior said will talk to property owner and rwvert me back. indeed the put missed call on my number so that they can say they have called me. bit unfortunately when i called no one picked call. ultimately i got no resolution.
