Good. Like the hospitality and safety here

The worst management i met ever. We booked our stay with this hotel for9/12/2024. Around 5pm in evening. As we were travelling. It was going to be late to reach at the location. Still we made a confirmation call at 11 to ask about kitchen closing time. They asked us to have our dinner outside. As they close at 11. 15. Still we managed it. After reaching at hotel at 12 they refused us to enter. And denied checking. Saying that no supervisor or manager is available at the premises. Just a security guard was present. We were having our 2 yr baby with us. No one answered our call. We waited until 1. 30am trying every end of contact. N moved out of their atleast there should a manager. Who makes sure the people who booked and paid in advance had checked in or not

best place to be with family best services loved my stay at Cliff want to visit again.The stay was awesome

Very old type room, spacious but in poor shape, bathroom’s have no soap holders, toilet soap lifebuoy? door laminate chipping off overall not worth the money

Place is very good. Very spacious very clean service is average food is average bed matress is terrible

Some rooms have a good view and big . But not well maintained, good dinner and open roof restaurant but music is missing . Not worth

Firstly when u say this place has dinner and breakfast inclusive then it should mean it. The food options were so so limited as good as nothing. No nonveg was made available in the package. Secondly as claimed in description the entire property has absolutely no lake view. Compete fake claims in regards to view and food both. Pathetic experience.

Good big room, need maintenance, average check-in staff, food is good. One time stay, not worth the money spent.

No intercom inside room to communicate for room service. No choice for breakfast or snacks. Only one room of us was occupied.

Location and views amazing but proporty is not 4* rating at all, breakfast buffet missing and only 3 items fixed every day are served. Rooms are huge but washroom cleanliness and water spillage, old pain chipping etc is not nice Food for dinner is tasty and well priced.. Due to location getting a taxi is huge problem. Huge lobby are but no one sits at reception 🤪. its not a hotel as such...its a club house of villa society and have few rooms...so should be categoried differently

The property is not a proper hotel/resort. It is basically 8 rooms in the society club house that are rented out to monetize the facilities. Most of the club facilities look dead or dated. Rooms spacious but looks old, bathroom not up to the mark, did not feel like using. Bed very spacious. Restaurant is good. Location is great but no view from the rooms.

Pros - the stay was very pleasant. Food and staff were extremely polite and helpful specially ismail, govind and dipendra. Breakfast was very nice, fresh and filing. Ambience of the place is very good and beautiful. I would go there again. Cons- some feedback that the management needs to work on would be to have the deep cleaning of the room cleaning, and have the intercom started because though the staff was very good since the intercom was not working we had to go up and down for anything. Overall- i would say minor changes and the ratings can move from 4 to 5

A beautifully spread out property nestling in the lap of nature, actually an exclusive lifestyle club with a very relaxed vibe. Rooms are spacious, service is efficient and food is delicious. Definitely worth visiting. It will be spectacular in the rains.
