The food was good. Service can be improved. The view is average from the rooms as I have stayed at better resorts in mulshi. It was like an average resort. They can do better with respect to service or to make stay experience more comfortable. I would say it was just like we got rooms for stay and not much of activities to do.

Property was good, view was great. Price was bit on higher side. Breakfast should have be included as complimentary and pool should be heated one.

Got the property details from my friend. we stayed for 1 day. Hardly 1.30 mins drive from pune to reach location. Room was clean and spacious. We got the breathtaking view from our room. We booked lake side view room but got both infinity pool as well as lake view. Food was good but not great enough. Quality of food can be improved. Not much options are available in food. Food is expensive as compared to price. You will get swimming pool, sunset machan view points and gaming zone as amenities. Overall experience was great. Staff is polite and helpful. It can be booked definitely for one day if you want to enjoy the view.

The stay was horrible. The food was very bad and the staff was very unprofessional. It's not at all kid friendly.

The property does not justify the ratings and price. Understaffed, so everything is delayed. Even actual reception is closed. Dirty swimming pool with effortless maintainance. Property is great but management is poor. Food is also average. It is highly overpriced against the mantainamce and service standards.

The property is really nice , very scenic, but cleanliness wise it could have been better. There was also a cockroach in our bed and we had to call the hotel people late night to change our sheets and blankets.

I'd like to mention the pros and cons of this property- Pros- 1. Beautifully maintained lawns and trees. 2. There's a structure which you can climb onto and see the sunset. You'll get a whole view of Mulshi Lake. 3. Location is good and ample parking space available Cons- 1. Breakfast spread was limited and tasted okayish 2. Food was average 3. Floor of our pool facing room was in dirty condition. The walls and floor were old and needs to be replaced. Our A/C seemed like it was the first ever AC introduced in this world(so old and so loud and was turning off automatically). After looking at the washroom, we thought of skipping bath. Thankfully, we had booked room only for a day and we were relieved that we can go back home to Pune soon. In short, property is not worth more than INR 2500/3000

Had emailed from make my trip after booking for blocking specific rooms. They were not blocked. There was no fridge in the room.

We had a wonderful getaway at Encore Resort in Mulshi. Nestled amidst serene hills and lush greenery, the resort offered the perfect escape from the city’s hustle. Our stay was peaceful and romantic, with cozy accommodations, stunning views, and warm hospitality. Whether it was relaxing by the pool or enjoying quiet moments together surrounded by nature, every part of our trip felt special.

Excellent location, great food quality. Loved the swimming pool, overall a very nice, comfortable stay with family.

I planned a Family vacation from 30 March to 1st April, Two rooms for a three days 2 nights stay. Let me detail out the worst experience I ever had and I highly recommend NEVER NEVER NEVER book this resort. 1. The bathrooms stank of DDT chemicals, so bad you couldn’t stand to brush your teeth or shower for more than 3 minutes. 2. The fridges in both rooms didn’t work. We gave our medical injections to the front desk, but they stored them wrong and ruined both the injections and needles. 3. The rooms and beds were crawling with cockroaches and bugs. You’d definitely end up bringing some home in your bags. 4. We ordered tea at breakfast and found a bug in it, straight from the tea jar. We complained, but the rude manager did nothing. 5. Breakfast was crazy expensive, and the food was awful. You’re better off eating at the nearby Grano Café, where the food’s great and cheaper. 6. The toilet seats were so dirty that women couldn’t use them without risking an infection. 7. Room service was terrible—you’d call, and they’d show up 40 minutes later, if at all. 8. The AC displays were broken, so you had no idea what temperature it was set to. 9. We told the manager about all these issues, but he completely ignored us. Don’t ever book this resort. It’s a nightmare
