i had a nightmare experience with dealing with the staff, food, rooms. we mistakenly had chosen the delux room but was intending to buy the cottage room. mind you, both the types of room were of the same price. we did not get any support from mmt platform, and the hotel staff (suraj), who only curtly mentioned we can upgrade you and you have to pay for that in addition to the 7k for the room charges. if not upgrade we would lose 100% of our money as they were not willing to even refund the amount. Suraj the one who handled the whole bookings often thought that by cutting the call when the customer is still talking, according to him is helping the customers. when we reached the hotel. the rooms were so poor that it felt like the cheap oyo rooms, where the sealing was broken, room was shabby, bathroom was dirty and was leaking with constant water flowing of the AC. when we went to the pool, it was dirty and there were so many insects within the pool that it was difficult to be in there. Last resort was food, but the waiters committed that they will take our orders in the last but when we attempted to give the orders the food was over, we had order something that could be prepared by their staff as they too were in hurry to shut the kitchen at 10 pm. while the rest of the staff were good. they constantly were running around because the whole chain had limited staff that could not manage the entire place. While food was poor, they did not miss on charging us like we are eating in the Taj. overall a really bad experience and I would certainly ensure to never recommend anyone or come to this place or their chains again.
