Location 5/5: 100 m from highway towards hill. Food 3.5/5: too costly. Amenities 3.5/5: basic games. Service 4/5: attentive staff

The room came with a private swimming pool, which looked great at first, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room had a unpleasant smell and didn’t feel properly maintained. Housekeeping definitely needs more attention to detail. On the positive side, the food at the resort was quite good — tasty and with a decent variety. However, the service was slow and could be more attentive. Staff seemed polite but not very responsive to requests. Overall, it was an average stay — nice amenities, but the hygiene and service standards need significant improvement to make it worth the price.

The room was not clean. Not atall satisfied with the pool room. the USP of the pool due to which was not clean. did not feel like going in the pool. when checked with the manager, the manager mentioned that there were many customers checkout day before so they were not able to focus on cleaning for next check in. pathetic. waste of money if you book a pool room

The place and staff were great, just a few pointers it was the pool villa so would have been nice to have a clean pool and running pumps atleast, the premium that’s being charged for the pool villa the least they can do is that.

I visited with my family recently. Overall the resort is beautiful and I liked the rooms and food is well prepared and sumptuous. The poolside cottage although small was clean, we did face some plumbing issues which was fixed by the team. The resort manager was kind enough to arrange a cake and gave my son a small gift from his end. Santanu Bakshi the resort help is very efficient and prompt. However the Deluxe cottage we also stayed at was badly in need of few things. Garden next to cottage is very badly maintained, Railing for steps to cottage for senior citizens, wash basin and faucet had issues, AC was not totally down, not working. overall we managed but felt it was waste of money for Delux room. instead we could have booked Pool villa and taken an extra bed ... The resort needs proper first aid kid, bandaid was not available, luckily we carried our own. The common pool is just okay.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was good and supportive. Recommend for a family outings. Location is little far but good locations as it is cool place

Booked a Superior Cottage and an Indoor Pool Villa. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty, and the location is really nice. You can easily walk to the Mulshi Dam viewpoint. Had a great stay

Good location, surrounded by lush green trees, but it is on mountain slopes, so elderly people may require some assistance. + on beds, Head position while sleeping is on North side, which many don’t prefer + food is good + no major activity to be done on property + frequent electricity ON/OFF, many time DG sets didn’t take required load capacity.

This is not a resort as advertised—it's more of a basic lodge. There was no one present at the entrance to assist, and it was difficult to locate both the parking area and the reception. Despite the check-in time being 2 PM, we received our room only at 3 PM, with no apology or explanation. The room itself was disappointing: the toilet seat was broken, lighting was limited to just two dim night bulbs, there were mosquitoes, frequent electricity fluctuations, and the TV wasn't functioning properly. Our Sunday stay at this resort was truly excellent. Nestled in nature, the work rooms are thoughtfully constructed along the slope of a hill, offering a unique and peaceful ambiance. The mountain-facing room provided breathtaking views of lush greenery and the serene backwaters of the dam. The food was outstanding—both in quality and quantity—and the room service was prompt and courteous. This place is an ideal getaway, especially during the rainy season when nature is at its most vibrant. Highly recommended for a refreshing and scenic retreat!

cons:too close to road so noisy on weekend traffic. broken bathroom doorframes, non working TV, problematic AC, outdated play area and namesake pool, too low to have any views of the mulshi waters. Def over priced pros: service staff

The property food was excellent and the ambiance was also fabulous! The overall stay was so nice and pool was also nice ! The interior and service of resort was also very nice ! Will definitely going to come again and stay.

Paid for indoor pool and it’s worst maintained and can’t even touch water. No cleneliness. Food quality below average
