I wanted to share a frustrating experience. This morning, I faced a power issue and requested a room change, thinking it was a room-specific problem. However, you managed to find a temporary fix, and the power worked later in the day.
But when I returned from work in the evening, the TV wasn't working due to a recharge issue. And to top it off, the AC failed at 1 AM! I was surprised then you told me we are change the rooms, at midnight with the different issues.
"Why did you wait till 1 AM to change the room? Couldn't this have been done in the morning when we first checked and I requested the change?"
