Well it was an amazing experience for me at this property, everything is amazing like location of property and the sea view and the food was amazing

The property did not match the photos shown The homestay condition was poor, with several dirty corners and an overall lack of cleanliness. The fans and AC were set to a fixed speed and temperature, making it uncomfortable. There was no one available to address any concerns or provide assistance during our stay. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to relax. The geyser was too small to even heat a full bucket of water. The bathroom was not well-maintained, and the bedroom had a broken mirror. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.

Rooms are spacious and the villa is very good. Well maintained property. Few improvement areas could be increasing the amenities and activities at the resort. Food quality is good and value for money. Increase number of items in food menu.

Nice stay at villa with a terrace view. Food quality could have been better. Have small arrangement for tt, turnball and dart games.

Bathrooms were not clean and in worst condition for use

The property is very close to ratnagiri city. Still the property is distant from regular hustle of the city. Host and staff is co-operative, and well mannered. Breakfast is good. The food quality and taste is a big plus. They try their best to make it to order. Limited items but really tasty. Both veg and non-veg. We do not have to search anywhere else for food. Overall and very good experience. Good for even a family get together.

Location was far away but adorable. It will be helpful if The guest came with their own vehicles. Staff service was good. They provided good quality of food. Room was comfortable. It was a clean and safe place. According to me, this one is recommendable property.

I am sorry to say that, despise great location, room facility of hotel is terrible, bad mattress, block basin and dirty room. I had worst stays ever.

Amazing stay, awesome place to stay at.

Our stay was very good in all. They gave us all information we wanted.
The room was very noisy. Some people came from outside and started making noise. It was told that you have free breakfast. But they took bill of breakfast.

View, position, staff, foods were good. Cleanliness, equipment were not too good.
The view and position was amazing but everything inside is not so clean. Some stuffs weren't prepared well until we ask for them. Anyway, staffs were so friendly and helpful, foods were so tasty.

Food quality was good. Service was not good. Rooms were not clean. They provided WiFi but it was expired validity. Less TV channels were available.
No phone in room, there is 2 percent on car payment. Doors making huge noise when opening and closing.

No shops, restaurants nearby. You need to travel close to 5kms into the city to get anything. On the plus side, it's quite secluded and quiet for a good time away from the noise. Worth it if you want to spend some quiet time alone or with family.
Food menu is very limited.

I'm speechless. This place/ property is so beautiful. Fully surrounded by the trees. Great hospitality. Because of the view and room quality I extended my stay from 2 nights to 4 nights. Excellent stay with beatifull sea view. Rooms are nice and clean and spacious with very nice view. Well maintained garden room amenities were good and enjoyed the stay in hotel blue view. Recommended to everyone.
