we were in a group of 10 people including 5 children. The MAP plan was a good deal however the hotel was serving food miserly in limited quantity with few or almost no options. We had to argue because hotel didn’t define the meal plan in the offer which allowed them to manipulate the options and servings as per their wish. They gave us weird reasons each time we asked for food. We recommend or rather warn all the guest to either take clarification on this aspect or refrain from choosing breakfast and dinner plans while booking. The rooms were spacious but the housekeeping was an eyewash. Bathrooms and toilets were not cleaned and wastebins were not emptied which tell us the quality of housekeeping and hygiene. Rajeev (Hotel Manager) tried best to keep us happy despite the above hassles. He is friendly and nice guy who does his job well with limited team and resources. Overall it was an average experience staying at this hotel. I would recommend you to book your stay in this hotel with caution. We express our dissatisfaction with the hotel's handling of breakfast and dinner arrangements. Our booking explicitly included these meals for our group, yet the service provided was inadequate and poorly explained. We strongly recommend either removing the breakfast and dinner option entirely or clearly stating that meal service is subject to the hotel's discretion. Housekeeping services were also substandard. Bathrooms remained uncleaned, and waste receptacles were not emptied throughout our stay. The hotel requires a comprehensive review of its operational standards and a reassessment of its staffing and service delivery model.

maintenance needed very badly to the cottage, recommended for bachelors and not family, we stayed in 2bhk independent house with balcony and noticed uncleaned bedsheets, burnt quilts, broken toilet fittings and tiloteries, only best is the view from balcony

I am not just any paid reviewer ....i stayed at the hotel from 10-12 th march and the stay was amazing...the food was very delicious with reasonable prices ...the view was just mind blowing ...the rooms were nice and tidy ...the staff members were very polite and friendly...

Hotel bliss cottage exceeded expectations with its clean rooms, exceptional service, and outstanding amenities. The staff was attentive, the dining experience delightful, and the location convenient yet peaceful. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and memorable stay!

The stay was awesome, the clean room and the caretaker was so good and took care of everything, best view from the property and peaceful place to spend time. You can't get another property within this price range. The caretake will arrange cabs and rental bikes as per our wish for a reasonable rate. I will suggest anyone who is considering to travel to manali

The staff was very nice and the staff took us everywhere. It felt good to come here and treated us like a family.

The food was amazing but just make sure to take the balcony room before selecting the hotel otherwise there is no scene of choosing this hotel

The room was well decorated and the staffs were well behaved. The view was awesome. They also provided 10% discount.
