Location very good on Mall road and very reasonable, only issue was cleanliness, otherwise it was ok

Observations: positive 1. It's location. It is just on the mall market. View from this hotel is great. 2. Continuous hot water is available. 3. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Negative- 1. They do not have kitchen. Which was not mentioned while i book the hotel. So i booked including breakfast. They provide only paratha and tea at an exceptional high cost. I suggest not to include breakfast. 2. There is no room cleaning facilities. Rooms are not clean including bathrooms and bed sheets etc. 3. They are not providing tea maker. It is advisable please carry electric kettle. 4. Only one staff for carrying luggage and other work. There was no waiting by driver.

We do have kitchen madam and also provided 2 options to you and after your recommendation/ok only we provided different types of stuffed paranthas on different days with curd and pickle and tea. But yes we don’t provide Lunch/Dinner and that’s the reason we have not listed that on website. Also just to let you know that madam, cleaning of room is available and provided. Only not provided that day when you left early morning from hotel. In future you are requested madam to please share your concern then n there so that hotel will resolve the issues then n there. If not resolved then only pls post. This will save time and extra efforts. At the time of check out personally I took a verbal feedback from you and your mother, and found both of you satisfied and happy with stay and I was expecting higher star rating from you. But no problem madam your feedback taken and we will try our best to rectify the issues you faced and look forward to welcoming you again in future with best of our services.
