Review Of Hotel Hollywood

The hotel denied us check-in and gave us a different property which was 200 meters away from Hollywood Resort they were so rude to us according to them we booked a different property, not the Hollywood one after that they gave us a cottage which was unhygienic, very smelly but unfortunately we stayed because of breathing problem also they took 75Rs extra from us

Check in time was 12 noon and we reached there at 12:15pm but they failed to allot the rooms as they were not ready, we had to wait for half an hour after a long and tiring journey. Once the rooms were allotted they didn't have towels to give saying that the laundry man had not come yet. They kept giving excuses saying the laundry man had got stuck in traffic jam and so on. The towels were given at 3:30 pm in the evening. Till then we had to wait hungry because of no shower. The pillow covers were torn, absolutely very old look of the room. Bed covers were oil stained. The carpet was also torn. Regarding the bathroom. Very cramped and unhygienic. Fungus on bathroom doors and excessories. Overall a very bad stay. There was no manager but 2-3young boys who were managing the whole thing. Very irresponsible people. Careless staff. I can't think of giving any rating to this hotel

Pathetic rooms uncleaned washrooms flush not working pathetic food not serving mineral water bottles only ro water very poor behaviour

Late check in after policy of 12:00 pm check in they gave us check in at 2:00 pm. Room service was terrible, staff was really very rude they charge extra from the food bill and they told us t hay you have to pay else we'll not let you pick your luggage. Really terrified.

My check in was denied by hotel management. At the morning of 22 may. The payment was already paid for that selected date of 21 may to 22 may. But they refused to give the room as saying that they had given that room to someone else. You have to wait for another day to stay. So please it's request to all of you that do not come to this hotel for stay. It's not reliable at all. No efforts showing to resolve the issue, they did not provide a bathroom at least which was requested by us. It's happened to another client also. Please do not come here. We all were girls. Our train was late by 7 hours and our cab was pancher that night, so we were not able to reach there at evening. Don't come. Otherwise you all will regret

We booked a super deluxe room for 5 nights but a general room provided at time of check in. When we realized about the room then we asked hotel manager to change the room and he promised to change the next morning but he didn't. Then i call to mm t customer care and seek help on the issue. Mm t representative told the hotel owner about the issue and he promised to provide room on third day morning. They given us another room on third day but this room was also not good. Tv not working, toilet flush not working properly, toilet spray was licked, taps of bathroom not working properly intercom not working, service was very poor. We have to call them for water 2 to 3 times in one hour. Hotel manager was so dull and depressed. We feeling very unpleasant while talking with him. We choose the hotel by seeing reviews but now i definitely say that the all reviews are false. Overall the hotel hollywood is not good at all.

One of my best stay at manali so far. Very good location and hospitality. Recommended for family and couple.

1. The room ambience is good but the service provided is not worthy for the money. The hot water is not available for 24 hours, the television has no connection, the room has no proper facilities.

the stay was pleasant. but the rooms were not completely furnished. electric sockets were pulled out of the wall and the carpet was not clean. room service was also average.

Liked their hospitality and rooms were comfy. Staff were very helpful. Views from the rooms were eye catcher.

My recent stay at hotel was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the view was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and accommodating and answered all my questions with a smile. And the ambience of the place was so peaceful that i felt relaxed throughout my stay.
