Room were dirty there were hairs on bed also bugs in room with stained bed sheets there were mould in room at multiple locations with an off smelling rooms.

Room is old not satisfied a.c is not good... location is good. ......................................

Complimentary breakfast quality is very poor and least. As per stay charges hotel cleaning and basis facilities like handwash, towal and wash room quality is too poor.

Room maintenance is poor

Service not provided as per term and conditions. There are no tea arrangement.1 water bottle not provided on regularly. TV was not working. AC was not in good condition

1. Door Lock Malfunction: The door lock was not functioning properly, raising security concerns during my stay. 2. Air Conditioning Unit Issues: The AC control unit was broken and temporarily fixed with tape. Additionally, no remote control was provided, making it difficult to adjust the room temperature. 3. Bathroom Door Damage: The bathroom door was broken, compromising privacy and usability. 4. Rodent Presence: I noticed rats roaming in the room, which is a significant hygiene and safety issue.

Hotel is some 20-30 years old, walls had damp, windows broken, geyser giving static, small room. All these are ok if you paying upto1k but 3. 5k approx with such small room and building condition is not worth it. 1 marks for property. On the other hand food is tasty and with reasonable price however if you ask for lemon on salad, they will charge you extra 8 rs as well. Location is very good, next to radisson blu and on road property. Staff is very good and cooperative if you tip good

The property n food at the restaurant was good. The access to the property n publicity(most autowalas) need to be carried out till such time it is a familiar for stay.

Avantika is a reasonable hotel for cost conscious customers. The security, service, hotel staff and the in house restaurant with good quality and tasty foods are definitely the greatest qualities of the hotel. Areas of improvement include a bit of makeover in the rooms, rooms are clean but once i found the rooms and bathroom had a smell of moulds, if they can manage this as gorakhpur grows the hotel will also flourish with good number of business traveller's opting for the hotel. It's safe with families two. We stayed twice with 2 families. Both families have felt sense of security which is sometimes not so prevalent in all hotels in that part of the country. The bathrooms are good but could be made more cleaner. More people from outside of purabanchal and up start coming to gorakhpur with it's growth these nuances [ which are default in other parts of the country] as mentioned earlier becomes the x factor as we categorize a hotel. Over a good hotel with some improvement needed

Room was average building construction was old location good rat has been seen in the room lift not available overall rating 2 out of 5

The tv wasn't working in the room. The food impacted us with with upset stomach

Property is an 2star property with a minimum of service n no special attention rooms are so dirty especially bathroom no way of drainage in bathroom overall a pathetic experience

We all 4 guests are 75+ senior citizens. There is no lift in hotel. Rooms given were on second floor. Hotel and also mm t should have informed earlier. Otherwise hotel is ok. They have boldly mentioned on their main sign that they are a 2 star hotel. Mmt should also mention star rating of all holels. During booking.

As per photo not a this types of rooms and washroom also mosquito and all fly kits are flying and some work in this hotel so very bad all services.

Hygiene not good. Food is not tasty. Mosquito are coming from bottom of front door. Power backup is not up to markable.

The property is old and has not updated itself with time. Bed sheets and linens were clean. However toilet needs new buckets and more cleaning. Food was not bad.

Rooms are clean, hygienic and spacious. Hotel staff are helpful and in service mindset. Safe place. Restaurant is good.
