I had a very unpleasant stay at Royal Residency. The room was not clean, the staff was unresponsive, and basic amenities like towels, hot water, and Wi-Fi were missing or not working. The photos shown on MakeMyTrip were completely misleading — the actual condition of the hotel was far below expectations. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, no action was taken. This kind of experience is unacceptable, especially for the price charged. I strongly urge MakeMyTrip to verify such listings and ensure proper quality standards.

the staff and the services were good. The food was also very good. Few issues to list down : 1. no hot water in the bathroom, we had to ask for a separate bucket of hot water everytime. 2. doormat wasnt there outside the bathroom so water would come inside the room everytime.

Perfect for my requirement. Conveniently located and well connected. Food quality is also good enough.

The owner maintains the property with the lowest maintenance possible. The deluxe-size rooms are too small for two people. The AC and electrical points don't work anymore. In five days, we changed three rooms. Try at your risk.

Very Very Poor service with very poor hygiene and cleanliness. Also in it was given that an upgrade would be with out charge but extra money was taken.

The hotel was below expectation against the cost

Location is good hotel is neat and clean near the railway station breakfast options are limited good property

Room was nice and cozy. Location is prime. However, bathroom/toilet left much to be desired. Toilet wasn’t flushing properly and there was no provision for head shower, and only hand shower.

Staff is good but rooms are too small. Not a good space to stay. Even breakfast menu was not proper.

Very small rooms with bad smells breakfast is worst nothing for stay again washroom had no shower
