Food in the restaurant was very costly and not even tasty. Terrific people and their service
View from the room was awesome. Deodar tree was good enough to provide an esoteric view.
Television was not working. Washroom and room were not cleaned every day. Bedsheet blanket was not changed. Geyser was not in working condition

At good site near highway and good service too. But it can be improved further by having good curtons in room and also good lighting system Moreover its location as I said is near highway with parking also

We have been moved to another hotel due to snowfall and other hotel was not good. Room heater was pathetic. I tried calling to caretaker since he was in Jammu, but he didn't pick call. Overall experience was not good.

We stay there for 1 night but there is no service like room service, phone facility even washroom are in very bad condition there is no water and water geyser facility. Even there is no any kitchen services and rooms are also far away from parking at least 100 steps and 10 to 15 minutes away from there, no any desk facilities and rooms are also same so don't get cheated on name of super deluxe room, we don't got any hot water in wash room and bath and hotel owner and his staff nobody is cooperative, it's a open cheating from there side and while we tried to contact owner he told me right now we sold the hotel to another person so don't call me. I recommend to all please do not stay in this hotel, especially couple and family and I also request to MMT management to bane this hotel forever. Really worst and waste for money.

Room is better but room service is very bad and late. Lighting facilities, cleaning nothing is here .. I'm not happy for this. And I'm giving 1 star out of 5. But 1 star give us for a location

We had a worst night there. Blankets were not dry cleaned and the hotel which we saw while booking that couldn't booked. Totally false commitment. I suggest every visitors not to book the hotel. Also, they had a poor staff. They didn't give plates as we eat jhatka.

Well excellent forest view. Good staff. Good clean and neat room. Big cold icy area. But for to go slip steps but very good for newly married couple. So cute food, tea all is well. You always book this one only. Light on step and slip step otherwise best to stay.
