Review Of Sweet Memories Homestay

Requested two rooms for 4 persons. The second room was very small with no basic amenities like a wardrobe or mirror were provided. Room was too small where 2 people couldn't move freely. Even attached toilets were not available. When the charge for both the rooms is the same then why this differentiation? you should have charged less for the second room.

Honestly, it was overpriced. First of all, the attendee lady ( who stays in mumbai) wasn’t aware of our booking done. When we reached then she started coordinating. The property shown in pics was different than offered. Local caretaker was nice and humble person and he took us to other building after waiting for 15-20mins. After allotting us the property, maid and the same person started cleaning the house and setting the beds which took almost 30-40 mins. It was a waste of time due to local of coordination from the hotel owner / that mumbai lady. Overall, except rooms & kitchen nothing was satisfactory. Bathrooms were dirty with hairs on the floor, no power backup as frequent power cuts ( they provided 3 emergency bulbs) in the area. Wi-fi was pathetic and didn’t work on 1st day. Road to the property was patchy, muddy with very dangerous straight slope. It isn’t safe for walking when it gets darker. For food, you have to either do zomato or drive 3-4 kms away from property. Else, order from their menu, it’s pricey maharashtrian food menu - we didn’t order. Overall, property was average and overpriced. Better keep it as last option and don’t get misled by others reviews. I don’t expect any followup from mumbai lady as shared honest feedback for their improvement.

Sweet memories home is a good stay for us even though it was showing as whole villa as a 2bhk but is is a hotel setup with 4 2bhk on a floor. Room was clean. Stay was quiet and pleasant. Just the amenities (like carrom, chess and others, which was shown in photo was not there

This homestay is a best option for family stays who also enjoys a self cooked food. They provide all utensils you need. Only one drawback of this location is the accessibility. The road to the apartment is too bad.

I had stayed with my family (wife and 2kids) in 1bhk for 2days. The thing i liked the most was the view from the balcony and bedroom. It has the best view and is very calm and peaceful. You can hear peacocks sound and parrots flying around. The rooms are quite big with all the arrangements (kitchen. I would highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for a kitchen based room. The only thing is the road to reach the property. The road is not proper so have to go slowly, rest all is awesome.
