Stay was not good i don't know if it was our expectations from other resorts to this one services are inadequate and insufficient for family stay. Hope they improve. Owner was pleasant and friendly but need to improve on services.

Too expensive for the rates, no option available for food and the thali was pathetic, swimming pool was not cleaned and the rooms were shabby. Only 2 persons were managing the hotel so really bad service. Totally not recommended for family especially if you have kids. Only bachelor can manage. No beach or attractions within 6 km so you are struck with no option.

Stay+breakfast+experience at property=below average in real is total opposite as shown in the picture.

Room needs maintenance. No hygiene, full of dust and bad smell

The property is not maintained. Sea food is really pathetic. Fish are totally not fresh

I was book ac with small cottage room but that room was totally made from only plywood. What was neighbour room peoples voice totally disturbed to each other. Stay in swaraj exatica was worst experience for me.

First of all don't go with pictures uploaded, the location is very inside, no amenities, no value for money. It is a farmhouse of someone, rooms are not good, nothing like resort there is another exotica resort they are just confusing customer using name 'exotica, no staffs not advisable to go there just waste of money.

Pros : - Food tastes so delicious at reasonable cost - Polite staff - Aravi beach is at 15 mins , Srivardhan beach is at 30mins and Harihareshwar Temple is at 45min distance - Aravi beach is less crowded and peaceful Cons : - Not good during summer - Not kids friendly - Since very limited staff , service is not up to the mark - Kitchen not so maintained and so as rooms - A lot more maintenance needed for rooms - Swimming pool needs more cleaning , specially you may find frogs and insects floating around the pool I got a chance to share some thoughts with owner and got to know that there are better plans for future ti make it one of the best experience for visitors BUT it's in the plan. if you ask me now , may be you can think about this place if you have left with no choice .. May be you can look at Pros if you select this option . Suggestion for management : - Have some good reception point - may more number of staff to serve better - Good sweeping pool - Some greenery - Kids friendliness - Room maintenance - Quick service Good luck.😊👍

No sanitisation nothing as described no water glass to no water no sis o no sham pus no door mayoress no flushing at toilets no remote working for ac and tvs and no chanel only two three free chanel no watchman no security guard at night nothing paper napkins napkins are not provided one hand was after many request and reminders we are not dared to taste food

The stay was as expected i.e. with privacy. No rush and good for family.

It was a really good experience, and being a limited cottage is good for the family. The staff is also good.

Whole day there were bachelor's in swimming pool with alcohol in swimming pool. Owner is not saying anything to them. Therefore families not able to use swimming pool. Property not maintained at all. Problems with water, indoor games, food options, cleaning.

The resort Swaraj Exotica gives you pleasure when you enters in the premises of the resort. The premises of resort are well maintained and have very much greenery and fresh air. However when you enters the rooms you get dissatisfied. The small ac cottages available in resort are not maintained well and there is issue of hygiene in the rooms. The actual issue is with toilets and bathroom. The food quality of the restaurant is not bad. The club house in the resort and the Indore games available there are in dilapidated condition. The swimming pool in the resort is the centre of attraction and enjoyment in the resort, but the water in the pool is not maintained properly and again there is issue of hygiene. Also the charges are also little bit high than the services provided. However you can overlook all these issues and enjoy the stay at resort only because it location, it's isolation from rush and pollution and the best part there is no coverage to the mobile.

There is a scope for improvement. Inputs given to the manager. Overall a good stay.

To start with Location was OK, ambiance was good however the booking made was for tent, when checked the actual tents than the one shown on make my trip it was like a small den for dog. It wasn't meant for sleeping for a family of two, had to pay extra and get a room for a night. No room service available, bathroom was stinking, small black ants, no soap, no eating facility, overall a pathetic experience and wont ever book hotels as the entire amount I spent went as a garbage to me.

Hotel was awesome. We all loved it.

If you wish to avoid crowded place, this is one of the perfect choice for you. Ambiance is good, food is excellent. We enjoyed our stay here.

It's a perfect place for a family stay and couple friendly place. The food taste is very good and the staff Mr. Manoj is on his toes for service.
