OVERRATED! good location, nice house but only 2 rooms offered out of 3 rooms on first floor of villa at Rs 9,500 non-refundable! That too, one non-Ac room, one A/c room which takes atleast 2 hours to start cooling and to keep AC always On to be able to have temperature maintained for more than an hour .(bad AC). No toiletries provided. Not fully clean bedspreads although room itself was clean. owner suggested us to attend a local festival which we tried to but missed due to not fully clear directions as to how to catch glimpse of devi yatra on holi. which was fine. but owner seemed to be quite unhappy with us not attending the devi darshan. owner very authoritative and didn't get friendly vibe from him. my one star rating is mainly due to overpriced for the service offered.

Mm t showed this property. This recommendation was good, people were good. Enough space for parking. Close shrivardhan beach. Surrounded by coconut trees. Simple and nice homestay. Comfortable room with ac. Owner did not provide hand wash and soap. Except this, our stay was pleasant

No soap was there at least they should keep basic things in room

As there are new rooms in the bunglow. Camera should be there for the safety measures. Mirrors, handwash, soaps for cleaning are not there in the washroom. A tv for entertainment should also be kept in the room. Overall cleanliness is there. Ambience, hot geyser water for bathing is provided and a two & four wheeler parking is also maintained there in it. House owner is co-operative towards the customer. However there is no food service provided, but they can reach out to the persons for lunch & dinner. Bungalow situated within 1 km of shrivardhan city
