The Leafy Cottages | Rooms & Caretaker

There was some construction work going on the room was spacious but there were cobwebs. The bathroom fittings sprinkler was all rusted. Wonder how mmt has given 4.3 to the resorts .

The stay is located from a walking distance to the beach. The room was fine. In the evening there were a lot of mosquitoes so we needed to make sure the balcony gate was closed at all times. Better to carry some safety items for precaution from mosquitoes.

Experience was good overall, The caretaker was good and made sure every expectation was met. The only issue I had with the room cleanliness. The bedsheets and pillow cover were not upto the expectation, It had stains and looked like it is not washed properly. The breakfast that was provided was good. The pool water didnot look good to us could be cleaned or taken care in a better way. No complaints except the bedsheet part.

Excellent stay. The rooms and the property was awesome. The hosts were so accommodating. The host was just a word away. We left very early in the morning. They packed breakfast for us just like home people. Only thing that could be improved is they can have the dinning tables can be more professional. May be a bottle of water and few tissues can be kept on the table. But otherwise it's a great property and the hosts are wonderful and

Property is very good peaceful place , nature lovers must visit , Host is very co operative and understanding. Food is top notch 😋😋 just one thing carry your blankets with you other than that everything is good.

It is very beautiful home stay as well as very much clean and good wifi facility. It is at prime location and very much relaxing

Don't expect much from the place. Also, just don't go with the google reviews. The linens were dirty and not up to the mark. Also, the charges were exorbitantly high as compared to the services being offered. The towel offered was completely torn.

It was an average stay at the leafy cottage. It need big time renovation and change in lots of things. Apart from big room size everything else was very average

Stay was extremely pleasant. The caretaker left no stone unturned to make us feel comfortable. The dinner was excellent. Fish is a must try there.

Decent place with 4 individual villa kinda house. As title says it's surrounded by banana leaf plant. Food is avoidable, service is great. Hosts are attentive, no amenities to be enjoyed, tv runs out of recharge, power back up available, wifi is poor, ample parking place. Strongly recommend the place for peeps who needs a lay back, sit in calm and enjoy!

1. Care-take mr. Pawar (who is around 55 yr old man) will prepare and serve best veg as well as non veg food. Don't miss modak by them. I will vouch for their modaks. Best modaks i had in my entire life. 2. Place is very near to beach. And mostly supari and banana trees will be there 3. Wifi was not working which was a disappointment. 4. Even if you chose to stay somewhere else, don't miss to have lunch/dinner here.

The cottages are pretty good. The trees on the campus are wonderful! we loved the outdoor dining area. Staff there was quite hospitable. They even served breakfast on request at 7am though the regular timing is 8:30 am. Gave medicine which we needed at night. Housekeeping should be improved. When i asked the staff to get the room cleaned on the second day, he simply gave me a broom! needed to clean the floor on our own!

Very calm and soothing place, clean, hosts are quite friendly, simple but delicious food!

Comfortable stay with good food, lot of greenery and well maintained rooms

We travelled as a family group, the stay was relaxing. The property is well maintained and has a tropical vibe. Mrs Pallavi was warm and welcoming

Wifi was not working properly and food was average, food quality can be improved, overall stay was average as compared to the cost of the room charged for rs 4900 per night

Rooms- 3 star rooms are spacious however pillow cover and bedsheet was uncleaned while we checked in, it was replaced upon request. Food - 1 star unsatisfied with the quality of food served, poor quality of roti and rice with poor taste of veg sabzi. We preferred to eat another restaurant ( khanawal) after first experience. Location and ambiance -3 star apply mosquito repellent while seating outside. Sea beach is less than 10 minutes walking distance. Staff behaviour -5 star polite staff. Additional information we requested laundry services (use of washing machine) which was provided with the charge of 100 rupees.

Good service, quick service, meal and break fast were not testy

We stayed for 2 nights 3 days at leafy cottages and it was really nice and refreshing stay. It is literally in the greens. Room was neat clean and tidy also ventilated. Food quality is very nice and good hospitality. Also it is near to diveaagad beach. We would like to visit this place again!

The room was tidy, though bedsheet had spots on it, and caretaker did not care to change it. Wifi had no network, tv's subscription was expired. So basically it was just a room to spend one night, not more than that. Limited options in breakfast, but taste was good. Power cuts kept fan and light working but not geyser, so no hot water to bath.
